This page describes the processing of personal data when using the WU GOOO website. The controller's complete legal identity and contact details must be inserted before commercial launch.

Contact requests

When you contact us, we process the information you provide solely to answer and manage your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for legitimate business communication. We retain the information only as long as required for the request and applicable legal obligations.

Data minimisation

Only information relevant to the requested service should be submitted. Do not include payment details, identification documents or other sensitive information in the initial request.

Hosting and server logs

The hosting provider may process technical connection data, including IP address, time of access, requested resource and browser information, to securely deliver the website. Hosting provider details and the applicable data processing agreement must be added after the production account is selected.

Cookies and local storage

The current website does not load analytics or advertising technology. It stores only the visitor's cookie preference locally in the browser. Optional analytics must not be enabled until a provider, legal basis, retention period and consent withdrawal mechanism are documented here.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.

Required before accepting bookings: service-specific terms must be reviewed by German legal counsel. They should cover rental eligibility and deposits, insurance and liability, cancellations, vehicle sourcing mandates, inspection scope, transport risk, customs responsibility, payment terms and governing law.

Website descriptions and initial proposals are non-binding unless expressly confirmed in a written service agreement. Availability, routes, delivery feasibility and pricing depend on the individual request.
